Supported methods and limits may be updated from time to time.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed instantly for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days depending on your bank.
• ra999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method must belong to the registered account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard account withdrawal requests are processed within one business day once identity verification is complete.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing, typically within two hours during business hours.
• ra999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold as part of routine account verification.
• Withdrawal requests that include funds from unexpired bonuses may be held until wagering requirements are satisfied, or the bonus may be forfeited at the player's request to release the withdrawal.

Currency and fees: All balances are held in PKR. ra999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. ra 999 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Eligibility:

• Welcome bonuses are only available to players making their first qualifying deposit. They cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of account status.
• ra999 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its discretion, particularly where abuse is suspected.

Wagering requirements:

• Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure before any withdrawal is permitted on those funds.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the account automatically.

Bonus abuse: ra999 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The ra999 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned automatically on every real-money wager placed on any product within ra999. The points-to-tier thresholds are displayed on the VIP page and may be adjusted periodically with reasonable notice to members.

• Bronze and Silver: Access to standard promotions and accumulation of VIP points towards higher tiers.
• Gold: Monthly PKR cashback credited as real balance, early access to new game releases, and dedicated promotional offers.
• Platinum: Enhanced cashback rate, priority withdrawal processing, personal account manager and exclusive Platinum-only promotions.
• Diamond: Maximum cashback rate, fastest withdrawal processing, dedicated personal account manager, and bespoke offers tailored to individual play patterns.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier during a review period may be moved to the tier that matches their activity level. ra999 will notify affected players before any tier adjustment takes effect.

VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another person. Any attempt to trade or sell VIP status will result in immediate removal from the programme and account closure.

The ra999 sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ra999 unless specific event or market rules state otherwise.

General betting rules:

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and ra999 is not liable for price movements between the time you view odds and the time your bet is processed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Limits for individual accounts may be adjusted based on betting patterns.
• Bets accepted in error — for example at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault — may be voided at ra999's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play betting is subject to brief delays to prevent misuse of broadcast information. Bets placed during these delays may be voided if they are assessed as having been placed with unfair advantage.

Cricket and PSL specific: During Pakistan Super League fixtures and international T20 matches involving Pakistan, additional market coverage is available including player performance specials, over-by-over markets and match outcome combinations. These markets are subject to the standard rules above plus any specific market rules stated within the betting interface.

Void bets: A bet will be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours from the original start time, or if a rule 4 deduction applies in applicable markets. Voided bets have stakes returned in full to the account balance.

Casino games and slots on ra999 are provided by third-party game developers and operated by ra999 under the terms of its agreements with those providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are fair and unpredictable.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the game's information section. RTP figures are theoretical averages over millions of spins and do not guarantee any outcome in a single session.

• Ticket purchases are final. Once a bingo session has started, tickets cannot be refunded.
• If a bingo game cannot be completed due to a technical issue before the first ball is called, all ticket purchases will be refunded in full.
• If a technical issue occurs after the game has started, ra999 will endeavour to complete the game using verified game data. If completion is not possible, prizes will be distributed proportionally to participating players based on the cards held at the point of failure.
• Bingo bonus cards issued as part of promotions are subject to the general bonus terms in Section 4 unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ra999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of relevant balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with ra999 games or systems in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable bug must be reported and will be voided.

ra999 reserves the right to make the final determination on whether any conduct falls within the above categories. Decisions on account closures resulting from prohibited conduct are made by a review team and are final unless successfully appealed through the formal dispute process.

ra999 may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or connection to a payment dispute or chargeback.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a small monthly maintenance fee as specified in the fees schedule within the account dashboard. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Players who close their accounts voluntarily and then reopen them are not entitled to re-claim any welcome or first-deposit bonuses.
